Our aim is to create and stimulate thought-provoking artworks that encourage discussion and creativity
for the sake of enjoyment, not fame.
The Beginning of Kollektif
Kollektif is a collaborative project envisioned by Ewouts Adriaans and Ger van der Zee. In April 2023, a creative spark ignited when Ewout visited Ger's home in Terreiros, leading to the creation of three stirring artworks themed 'Slavery', 'All Eyez on Me', and 'Orgasm'. Their ambition was to display this triptych in the Calheta Museum on São Jorge island, aiming to provoke diverse perspectives and encourage out-of-the-box thinking.
